Advertisers have the right to submit advertising, create profiles, and generate content that is shown on the Site in compliance with the rules of the Paid Services listed below. Recipient Users get access to the content published by service providers and have the option to get in touch with them using the contact details they have provided.

Users are urged to close the Site and stop using the Service if they do not want to be bound by the terms of use since continuing to browse the Site indicates assent to the terms of use in the application at the time of your visit.

Our Privacy Policy, which also regulates our use of cookies and related technology, specifies how we use your individual data. We only collect the minimal amount of personal information required to operate the Service in accordance with these Terms of Use, to meet our legal obligations, and to serve our legitimate business interests, including enhancing the Service, expanding its geographic reach, and enhancing the safety and wellbeing of our Users.

If you want to register as an advertiser, you must confirm your acceptance of the Terms of Use, which include the Acceptable Use Policy and the Summary and Guidelines outlined below, when you establish your profile or post an advertisement.

Please keep in mind that this website is only intended for adults (who are at least 18 years old). By using this website, you certify that you are at least 18 years old and, in the case of advertisers, that you are not advertising any illegal services in your country. Below are further details about this. Please be aware that the Site is exclusively provided by Softell Ltd. (referred to as "we" or "us").

We don't have editorial control over any pre-vetted advertising placed with us or user profiles made on the website. We reserve the right to remove advertisements or profiles which:

1. Include any malware or other components that might compromise or impair the normal operation of the site, or which we deem, in our sole discretion, to be detrimental to the proper operation of the service.
2. Contains aggressive, abusive, or discriminating content.
3. Violate our terms & conditions
4. We believe to be in violation of any criminal laws or rules that apply to us, or that we believe may be in violation
5. Harass or threaten any other user or third party, or is capable of doing so

We have implemented a "Report Abuse" function on our website that enables users to notify us of advertisements they believe to be in violation of the Terms of Use, specifically those that they believe to:

1. Contain content intended for minors
2. not published by or with the consent of any person contained therein
3. are otherwise unlawful.

The advertisers who post the advertisement may be asked to produce further documentation proving their age or their authority to post the advertisement, as the case may be, or the complaint may be rejected once we have reviewed all of the ads that have been reported to us.

Although it is up to each User to ascertain for themselves the laws that apply to any material they contribute to the Site and the terms of use of such material, the sections labelled "Acceptable Use Policy" and "Summary and Guidelines" set out in more detail material that is considered to violate these Terms of Use.

For significant or persistent violations of these Terms of Use, we hold the right to prohibit Users. We shall under no circumstances be liable for any losses, claims, damages, or expenditures of any kind resulting from the removal of any advertisement or the banning of any User, and we will not provide any refunds for any fees that have already been paid to us.

By clicking the "Accept" button during the posting process on the website, the User has consented to our processing of their photograph to publish an advertisement on the website as well as certain categories of their special categories of personal data (information that may relate to their lifestyle and sexual behaviour).

Obligations & User behaviour

Users indicate and warrant that they are 18 years or older by using the service, which is intended for adults only. A violation of these Terms of Use will occur if any User under the age of 18 falsely represents that they are 18 or older or attempts to get around any age verification tools we may have set up.

As previously said, Recipient Users should be aware that we don't have any proactive influence on the information included in the online advertising service providers post. The Site does not act as an agent for any Users, and it is not in any way liable for any risks, demands, or obligations resulting from any future service provision or other interaction between benefactors and recipients.

Users accept full and exclusive responsibility for how they behave toward the Site and other users, as well as other third parties when they use the Service.

The accuracy of any advertising placed by advertisers, or the success of any discussions between advertisers and recipients, is not our guarantee.

Limits on Liability

Nothing in these Terms of Use limits or excludes any party's responsibility for death or personal injury brought on by their own or another party's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be legally excluded or restricted.

The Site, its affiliates, and their respective administrators, staff, officers, or directors disclaim all responsibility for:

1. Any loss or damage that results from events beyond their reasonable control.
2. Any loss or damage that results from events beyond their reasonable control.
3. Any loss or damage brought on by an interruption in or lack of availability of the Site or the Service.
4. Any direct or indirect loss of profits, business, reputation, anticipated savings, or turnover.
5. Any loss or corruption of data.
6. Any indirect, special, punitive, statutory, or consequential losses of any kind.

Without limiting the Refunds Policy outlined below, the website and its affiliates' liability to users for any other losses and damages, whether arising in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or under any other legal theory whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with the Site and the Services. It shall be limited in the case of paid services the user avails that give rise to the claim.

Each of the aforementioned provisions and sub-provisions is a single, independent clause, and if one is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not have any bearing on the enforceability of the other provisions, which will continue to be in full force and effect.

Paid Services for advertisers:

Each advertiser agrees that by posting advertising on the Site (which includes creating an online profile), we may, in our sole discretion, promote it for better exposure and may run the Service to facilitate optimal efficacy in applicable geographic areas. People who post advertisements certify that they are of legal age in the applicable jurisdiction, that they are the person indicated in the profile, and that they have not been forced in any manner to offer services by creating an online profile or posting advertisements on the Site.

Advertisers are informed that we accept payments for services through our designated payment provider, whose terms and conditions regulate transactions. The actions, inactions, or failures of the payment source are not our fault. In the case that these rules are violated, we retain the right to remove the advertisement without providing a refund, to delete any relevant profile, and to prohibit Users from creating any more profiles or posting any additional adverts in the future.

Policy on Acceptable Use of the Site

Users agree to utilise the Site's services appropriately and in accordance with all applicable laws, moral standards, and guidelines for decent network behaviour. Users, in particular, agree not to send over the Site any offensive or libellous content, as well as any that is defamatory, pornographic, discriminatory, harassing, vulgar, blasphemous, or otherwise in violation of the moral and public order principles.

Advertisers are in charge of adhering to all relevant laws with regard to the information contained in their advertisements. In particular, Users must not advertise any services that are illegal to provide in their country; they must not include in their advertisements any content that would receive an R18 rating from the BBFC if it were to appear in a movie or video, and they must not include any content that would violate the "extreme pornography" provisions.

Advertisers guarantee that they are the data subjects of all individuals whose personal data is included in any advertisement they place or that they have the explicit and informed consent of all such individuals. They also guarantee that they will not use any material in their ads that violate any third party's copyright or other intellectual property rights without that third party's consent.

A significant violation of these terms and conditions that might result in account closure and service providers being banned from the Site is posting advertising that falsely represents themselves to be from someone or containing information that was not given the authorization to be included in such advertisements.

Those who post advertisements understand that by putting an email address in advertising hosted on the Site, we have no control over any materials that may be sent directly to that email address, whether by other Users or not, and whether in response to that advertisement.

Guidelines & Summary

Advertisers should pay close attention to the summary of the aforementioned conditions of use that follow. To be clear, we provide this summary as a service to our Users, and it shouldn't be interpreted as legal advice on what content is appropriate to put in adverts and profiles.

1. While content that would require an R18 certificate or be rejected by the BBFC if included in a video is acceptable, material that contains nude photographs, particularly photos with visible genitalia, is not.
2. We also prohibit images of genuine, as opposed to simulated & animated pictures, which are obscene.
3. It is prohibited to publish any content that contains or encourages suicide or self-harm;
4. Any material that violates the "extreme pornography" rules, such as erotic material depicting acts that appear to be non-consensual, involve animals, involve sexual acts with dead bodies, depict acts that seem to threaten someone's life, or depict acts that seriously harm or are likely to seriously harm a person's anus, breasts, or genitalia, is prohibited.
5. Any content that uses pornographic imagery from private events without each participant's agreement is prohibited and is referred to as "revenge porn."
6. Paedopornographic material, which is defined as any content that portrays, urges, incites, or provides sexual conduct with minors or otherwise promotes or encourages paedophilia, is prohibited.
7. We retain the right to report content that violates our policies on extreme pornography or revenge pornography, as well as the insertion of pedopornographic material into any advertisement or profile, together with all access and meta data.
8. Any content that represents or purports to represent third parties who have not given their authorization for that use or dissemination is prohibited.
9. By posting advertisements or creating profiles, Users represent that they are fully authorised to do so. They also affirm and guarantee that the content uploaded is the property of people of legal age (over 18), who have given their consent freely and knowingly to have it published on the site for adult dating purposes and who are not under any duress or pressure to do so.
10. The identical advertising may be published in no more than three distinct cities.
11. It is not allowed to run the same ad more than once in the same city for the same amount of time.
12. Hypertext links are not allowed in any advertisements or profiles.

Our logo and the words "posted on" will be placed as a watermark on any photographs that are uploaded.

Advertisers are not permitted to upload, post, exhibit, or publish any content that is hate speech, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing, that incites or supports violence, or that would be illegal under laws against child exploitation, terrorism, racism, or xenophobia. For these purposes, "hate speech" refers to any expression directed at a group or individual that is motivated by one or more of the following protected characteristics: race, ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, caste, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic, and that is intended to or is likely to incite violence against that group or individual.

a. Below are non-limiting examples of conduct or materials that are considered threatening or harassing:

b.    is used or appears to be intended to be used to extract money or another benefit from anyone else in exchange for removal of the content;  

c. Content that contains explicit sexual language or anything that non-consensually sexually objects at another user, or anyone else.

d. Without that person's express written consent, doxxing or otherwise identifying a User or other third party, or including information that could be used for such purposes, such as employer details, phone numbers, financial details, location information, names, identity documents, email addresses, log-in credentials, or any other personally identifiable information, is prohibited.

Users are not permitted to engage in misleading or deceptive behaviour, conduct that is likely to mislead or deceive any other Users, or behaviour that implies, contrary to fact, that any person or organisation endorses that User or their Content or that they are acting as a brand ambassador or representative of any person or organisation. Users may not use the Site to promote illegal trading, Ponzi or pyramid schemes. Any content that the Site knows or has reason to suspect violates any of the aforementioned will be removed. The English courts have exclusive jurisdiction over this agreement and will apply English law to its interpretation and application.

Our Refund Policy

1. We don't give advertisers their money back once they pay for Paid Services, although on rare occasions and at our sole discretion, we could give them credit to spend for future Paid Services.
2. We reserve the right to intervene through the Site, to make any alterations or changes (such as to the design, the focus, and/or the functional content) therein without advance notice, and/or to restrict the advertisers’ access to the website for a necessary period of time due to maintenance or other technical or other reasons without advance notice. No advertiser shall be entitled to any compensation or reimbursement under this policy as a result of such modification, alterations, or non-availability.
3. We reserve the right to block the Profile if our payment provider receives a request to refund any money paid for purchases of Paid Services from a financial institution or platform. We reserve the right to do this until we receive notification from the payment provider that the problem has been fully resolved to the satisfaction of the payment provider and/or the financial institution or platform.
